Build your dream home on a fully prepared plot located in an established neighbourhood. Utility connections, roads, street lighting, and a children’s playground are already in place.

The forest surrounding the plots creates a private and tranquil environment where you can enjoy fresh air, birdsong, and a truly relaxed pace of life. The nearby sea, forest trails, and scenic natural areas provide excellent opportunities for recreation and outdoor activities throughout the year.

Choose the modular home that best suits your needs from Schanus, or build your own custom-designed masonry home. We’ll take care of everything else. You purchase your property complete with a house as a fully turnkey solution.
